.org - Sewage and water – Contact: Mitch Combs
Informed us and
sent someone to check out the Erosion Issue
They will be
picking up the cost to correct the issue.
Issue is now put
out to bid.
b.
Graffiti
– off site in back of neighborhood – determined that it is not on our
property. Carolina Village monuments in
back of the neighborhood are not on our property. Motion denied to correct graffiti.
c.
Pool
Furniture Re-strapping – US Aquatics
– now on deadline to approve project to have furniture ready by pool
season. Go ahead approved chaise lounges.

can inspections / volitions - Don & Maria will schedule and get
completed
Board needs to firm
up the guidelines for trash cans. Create
a do / don’t sheet with images for residents with the suggested guidelines.

with Caryn – she is open to schedule

Towing –
first sweep – 2 to 3 cars were towed.
