Landscaping
contract almost solid need to review final copy. Will do via email 1-28-2016

Beechwood
lot Brian talked with them about fines and fees for mows. Working towards
ownership.

magnet for mailbox for yard of the month. Work on getting committee
gathered. Winner will get a $25 gift
card.
VIII. Spring
clean letter to all residents. Ideas for
helpful hints to residents. Reminders before
letters go out. Let’s advance notice.
IX.
Financial
Report – Haynes approves all reports – Cusick is reviewing taxes for past
years. Looking back 3-5 years.
X.
Sprinkler
repaired. Head broken and it is now repaired.
XI. Unfinished
business – towing new signs are NOT up.
Brian is calling to find out why the sign isn’t in place. United towing
is the company on contract. Black text
on white sign is requested.
XII. Carolina
Pool Management – they are all under contract now and they have taken over. Brian is meeting with them once a month off
site. Concerns they raised with black
allergy top edge of the tile. Grouting might need to be done on the tiles in
the near future. Keeping the pool in tip
top shape.
XIII. Cat
Traps Town of Pineville has not placed traps. We haven’t currently received
complaints.
