III. Minutes for approval
April 21, 2016 all in favor for Financials - all in favor - Motion
Carried.
IV. New landscaper - addressing
weeds issues and missed treatment areas.
We are replacing the missing filter. Many heads are clogged. Brian
and Julie have reached out to the crew to make sure things are addressed.
V. Pool - Thursday
eve meeting 7pm to firm up everything.
Pool is opening this weekend.
VI. Parking -Towing/booting -
2 towed and 4 boots for the month. The cars did not
have passes displayed.
VII.
Vacant lot - We are letting them rack up fines.
Trying to get Beechwood to take action. Beechwood lot - HOA is purposely not paying for lawn care
on the lot. The weeds are purposely
growing high, so the town can fine and bill for mowing. With hopes they will
release the lot to our community for the nuisance and fines.
IX.
Doggy stations - adding 3 stations –
All in favor
X. Neighborhood watch - Need
to recruit block captains. Also add to newsletter.
XI.
Hearing date - we
have 18 hearings to do. Need to set a date. Will be held at Cusick.
Xll. Water meter - the
town is working on the issue. They are waiting to hear from Charlotte
water. It is not being billed to us.
XIIl. Financial report - ALL
in Favor to approve
