18, 2016 - all in favor - Motion Carried.
IV. Managers Report
Landscapers –
flower selections for fall. Julie will
meet with landscapers along with Brian to make the plan for fall flowers.
Getting
more quotes – Providence, Smith Grounds, Barefoot Lawn care. Quotes are way too high.
Booted -
5 cars this month.
Mats for Playground –
ready for install.
Check coming from
Insurance from car wreck at front of neighborhood - When check comes – we
would like to add one more for safety.
V. New business – Oversized
truck parking by resident on street. Cusick contacted the resident to discuss
and booting will be done by United Towing.
Fines will also be placed. $100 fine for future parking. A hearing
notice has been set.

IX. Pool – Pool contract for 2017
has been submitted.
It’s been a good pool year. Checking
signs ins from the last 2 weeks.
