III. Minutes for approval
- all in favor - Motion Carried.
IV. Reassign positions of 2
board members.
Jonathan Hennessy due to career contract restrictions Jonathan isn’t
able to hold the title of treasure. He is a valuable member of our board and
the board did not want to lose him. Dede
has offered to trade titles. A vote was
made all in favor for Jonathan as VP and Dede as treasure.
V. Managers
Report
New Community – We
will continue to monitor. And when we
hear of official date,
we
will go to Town of Pineville to deal with traffic issues and request speed
bumps.
Brian did speak to Town
of Pineville. And he was informed they would have to do a traffic study.
Pool features – A new grill
was purchased by the HOA at Sears on clearance, it is now in storage. Along
with setting guidelines for use. Adding 16 new chairs and 4 tables.

Flower selections -
Landscape company will be emailing Julie to get setup for spring.
Well / Irrigation - Jonathan met with Mullis wells. They
figured out what was wrong with our system. Repairs will can be made this week. ALL IN FAVOR
Spring Letter - It’s time to
freshen up and make homes clean.
Pool – Grill area rules - working on content. Board will finalize via
email over next couple weeks. Release for March.
Review of pocket park photos -
We will be getting designs and quotes. To get this project underway for spring.
Towing Report - Last month 7
cars were towed.
Camera update - Our cameras
are low quality and out of date.
Jonathan will look into options and get quotes.
