II.               Quorum has been met

III.            Minutes for approval July 21, 2016 - all in favor - Motion Carried.

IV.             Managers Report:

            Landscaping – Waiting for fall flower selection. Quote for well repairs was too high.

            Pool cooling system & Grill area – add into budget for 2017.

            All in favor - Motion Carried.

            Add a vending machine at pool – Brielle will research.

         Pool – Extend pool hours for weekends to October 2nd. We are adding this to our contract.  We are happy with pool company’s service this year.  And we will keep this contract for 2017.  Also our pool mats are down. All in favor - Motion Carried.

        Claim from car wreck at front of community. Insurance was denied. We are turning this over to our attorney.  We don’t want to add this to our insurance.  It’s over $10,000. in damage to Carolina Village.

            All in favor for attorney to take over claim request - Motion Carried.

         Doggie stations – Placed and being used.

         Financials – All well no major changes.  August 18, 2016 all in favor for

         Financials - all in favor - Motion Carried.

                 Meeting date for Thursday, September 15^th 6:30pm at Cusick Company.

                 Closed Session 7:13pm Brielle Motioned to go to closed session. Kelly                      seconded.
