IV. Doggy Stations and
Keeping up common areas not being kept up by lawn company –
Valley Crest/ Brightview. They aren’t being
cleaned out enough and no bags. Brian will contact them. New straw needed by
March April.
V.
Action item list –
Rumors
of development by Carolina Village Partners LLC. Brian has
contacted the town of
Pineville about plans. So far they have
heard of it but nothing has been submitted. The town of Pineville says they
have heard of interest in it. They said
there are as many 3 different groups looking at developing it. We plan to keep up on what is happening and
when.
Pool area– working on furniture
and grill selection for grill area. Along with setting guidelines for use. Pool cooling system can be rented or purchased.
Brielle mentioned
temp of the pool and how
nice it would be to cool it off.
Well
is needing repair. Jon is going to work on
getting an updated quote.
Towing and booting
– Cusick has not received a report. Brian
is going to call. We have
received
complaints that cars are being parked on lawns and without passes.
Spring Newsletter –
work on content. Release for March.
