Sign Purchase – Checking with city zoning.
Approved for purchase if
Haynes finds that this type of sign clear with city laws.
V.
New letter
– Julie submitted articles to Don on
April 29, 2015 – Newsletter was not produced.
Julie shared the copied the email and write-ups for the newsletter with
the board.
VI.
Roads
to re-paved and road repairs – Haynes
updated all in attendance on the bonds and contract. City is working towards contract to redo of
roads. Awaiting bids from
contractors. Working to have ¾ of
neighborhood roads to be redone.
Awaiting bids and schedules for job completion. Good news is
coming. FYI: The road work will be done
in lanes one time. There will be a
travel lane.

Contract
with Cusick – Cusick requested email from the board

Vacant
lot Green Birch Dr – Haynes gave
status update - Beachwood LLC owns. – We cannot build on it, according to the
documents. It’s a cut through connector
lot as of now. We will be contacting
Beachwood to see if they will deed us the property. Looking into a pocket park for the space. Haynes will see if the city will can remove
the pipes and pluming to the land.

Pool
trash can enclosure - Temp move into storage closet Signature Waste
add another can $10 more a month Maria will check to see if we can have a extra
can during pool season.

Erosion

Drop
off issue tabled - Jerome is updating
Haynes to see what the city might be able to do.

Tree
on Dorman Road – Remove and replace.
Maria to call our landscaper to fix and replace tree.
XIV.
Survey
Monkey - Board voted that Maria can
send it out on email blast. And that we can post it on FB. Jerome will post
encouragement to get people to fill it out. J
