II.               Quorum has been met

III.             Minutes for approval Feb 18, 2016 W/ 2 Corrections date on minutes – all in favor for Financials -  all in favor  - Motion Carried
 
IV.              Landscape  contract in effect.  Mulch is done.  Trash pickup and tucking in pine needles. They have an nice focus on things. 

V.                Playground slide needs more support. Adjustments have happened.  Now it is being fixed temp and the top is secured.  Brian is looking into pricing. No warranty on it now.  The slide section is $3800. Without labor.  To try to repair is around $500. We can look into coating to repair the crack.  Motion to approve $500 in repairs.  All in favor.

VI.             Wood table –Motion to remove.  All approved to– needs to go to dump.  It’s warped and old.  All approved to dispose of old table.  It is wood and only 3-4 years old.   Price shopping for a replacement 6 foot metal table in green.  Uline etc.

VII.           Pool

Pool Rules - Updating with Cusicks advice.
Pool Fans  - Are being replaced.  One fell and broke.  We are replacing both to match.  They are both in poor condition. 
Pool tables  -2 have to be replaced.  Motion to replace to pool tables.  All in favor to replace for $239. each.
Pool Tags 2016 - Cusick will be mailing out 2 pool tags per house hold.

VIII.       Towing/booting
Reports - 3 cars have been towed with the new company.  

IX.             Grill Area Project  -quotes came in too high over 20k each.  We are now looking into getting a quote for reworking fence, add a concrete pad and rework landscape.  Brian said they have timers can be added on to the tanks for around $75. Will update board via email.  Working on quotes to have pad, fence and landscape. With purchase of a grill.

X.                Playground age complaints – a couple residents have complained about older children on playground and worried for the younger children. Residents need to take ownership of playground and if danger is present call the police.  Parents need to speak up to teens in community.

XI.             Financial report – Brian reviewed with board – things are in good shape. All in favor of presented report.

XII.          Old Business

Barricade - is up at back of neighborhood – with medium duty chain.

Sink hole  - getting 2 quotes one came into very high. Brian said he should have a number in next 2 days.

Closed Session 7:05 Brielle Motioned to go to closed session. Dede seconded.

Next meeting Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 6:30 and will be held Cusack Company. Hearings will be held at this meeting.
