II. Quorum has been met
III. Minutes for approval March
24, 2016 all in favor for Financials - all in favor - Motion
Carried.
IV. New landscape contract no
in effect. New flowers are scheduled to be installed first week of
May. Mulch is approved to add more in
for another coating.
V. Playground - slide is
going to be repaired. New table is in
place at the playground.
VI. Pool Rules – Pool
letter approved with one change. –Motion
to mail to residents with pool passes.
VII. Chain at back of
neighborhood – Will add a lock. Brian
will have it installed.
VIII. Towing/booting
Not seeing as many cars on the streets. Residents are asking for passes. 8 boots were placed. Need to order more
passes.
IX. Grill Area Project -working on more quotes new ones
came in and still too high.
X. Sod Repair front - motion
to approve all in favor.
XI. Financial report – Brian
says all good.
XII. Old Business
Weeds – they are working on it. Residents who received letters say they have
hired weed control services.
Beechwood lot - HOA is purposely not
paying for lawn care on the lot. The weeds are purposely growing high, so the
town can fine and bill for mowing. With hopes they will release the lot to our
community for the nuisance and fines.
Bathroom Mats – research pricing to be
added to prevent slips. $500 or less order for both bathrooms.
Backyard
weeds and trash cans – Letters and go back to doing hearings with fines.
